Now that you are all set and ready to hit the road, let’s just take a breather here. Just bits of formality before you officially become a member of the Virgin Mobile family. So, let’s have a quick glance at what you need and you’ll be all set.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Changed your name to Silk Smitha or Rocky Rococo and want to update your contact details? Just shifted base to Plot No.4, Ramgarh village and want to change your billing address?
All you gotta do is:

1. Dig through your cupboard to find some address proof stating your new address or your new name.
This could be your electricity bill, a copy of your passport, stuff like that.
2. A pretty/dashing passport size photo of yourself
3. And finally ID proof, which could be a PAN card / passport / driving license
4. Did we say finally before? Ok just one more. Gather all this stuff, walk into the nearest Virgin Mobile shop
and hand these over to one of our friendly neighborhood customer care execs.

And that’s it. You’re done!

Any one of the following can be submitted as proof of identity

1. Valid Driving license (should not be learning and should be issued by Govt. of India only)
2. PAN ID Card
3. Passport (Should be issued by Govt. of India only)
4. Passbook of any Bank, along with photograph
5. Ration Card
6. Voters ID Card
7. Arms & ammunition license
8. ID Card issued by Defense Services
9. Govt. ID Card mentioning residence address/signature
10. ESIC Cards mentioning ID /Address /Signature
11. Sr. Citizen ID Card mentioning Address/ID/Signature issued by competent Govt. authority
12. CGHS Card
13. Student Identity Card
14. Pensioner's Card /Army Canteen Card

- Proof of Address

Any of the following can be submitted as proof of address

1. Driving License
2. Passport
3. Ration Card
4. Voter Card
5. Arms & ammunition license
6. Govt. ID card mentioning residence address /signature
7. Student Identity Card only from Govt. Recognized Educational Institutes
8. Pensioner's Card/Army Canteen Card
9. Photo I-card with address issued by State/Central Government institutions Or other statutory bodies
10. Certificate of address having Photo, issued by MP/ MLA/ Group A Gazetted officer, in letter head
11. Certificate of address having Photo, issued by Village Panchayat Head (For Rural Areas)
12. Vehicle Registration Certificate
13. Electricity/Water (State Company)/ Telephone (Fixed Line) Bill - last 3 months
14. Income Tax Assessment Order
15. House Tax bill (Vera bill) Only if House Tax Receipt issued by Municipal Corporation to Property Holder
16. Printed Passbook from Post Office, Nationalized Banks without photo
17. Printed Passbook from Post Office, Nationalized Banks with photo
18. Address card with photo issued by Dept of posts
19. Govt. Registered Sales / Lease with Govt. registration on valid stamp papers

Corporate Customers

List of Documents
(Any as POI / POA) in name of any Company – Limited, Partnership, or Proprietorship.

Valid Trade License,

Telephone Bill – BSNL Land Line (Any one out of Last three months),

Electricity Bill (Any one out of Last three months),

Water Bill (Any one out of Last three months)

Valid Shop and Establishment Certificate.

Sales Tax Registration Certificate.

IT Papers Last Return.

Registered Partnership deed.

PAN Card of Company.

Excise Registration

Import Export Registration Certificate.

Labour License.

Any Govt. issued license / Allotment Letter.

Proprietor’s Valid Passport issued in India & Valid Driving License issued in India, Voter ID card, Arms and ammunition license, PAN card of Proprietor but valid company document providing proprietorship along-with.
